We have many combined years of experience here at Howell Farms with agricultural production and are always looking for additional land to add to our operations. In keeping with our determination to grow, we are now making ourselves available to assist in location viable agriculture land for parties interested in making 1031 exchanges.

Our goal is to develop mutually beneficial agreements wherein we would locate and help secure good quality agricultural land. We are interested in securing land that will appreciate over time having market strength from basic agricultural production value as well as the economic development strength of central Indiana. We will want to improve that land by increasing fertility and installing any needed tile and surface drainage as well as waterways and other erosion control structures as needed. We will manage you farmland to increase its value, just as we do our own. The benefit of using our assistance will be the guarantee of a solid, fixed return upon completion of the exchange through a land lease agreement with Howell Farms. This will also help to provide us with a reliable expanded land base for family business growth over time. We are not accountants or attorneys, however, and will recommend that the investor consult either or both with questions that will require their expertise.
